Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw products and services without notice. We will not be responsible for any reason if this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it.
You are not entitled to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce any of the content or copies of the content which are supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any of our content in connection with any other business.
Orders
- We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods.
- Online transactions through a secure server
- All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.
- MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron payments.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
In the majority of cases when ordering goods online you shall receive a "Confirmation of Order" email from the supplier. It usually tells you that the supplier has received your order and shall include an expected dispatch and delivery date. Products, Prices and Content.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours represented on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them precise, no responsibility will be accepted for any errors.
We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Items
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of KSB Greenhouse until the final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full.
